Service Description

This service is for emergencies only. If you have an uncontrollable leak causing property damage and need an engineers asap, please book this service and we’ll be in contact as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that we may not be able to attend due to other scheduled work but we’ll let you know as soon as we can. You won't be charged if we can't attend. Emergency appointment are charged at £165 during normal working hours 8am-4pm Monday to Friday and x2 if out of hours. The charge will include shutting your water off, draining your system and making safe. We’ll provide a quote for any further works needed.

Cancellation Policy

We decided not to charge for missed appointments. We know emergencies happen and you may not be able to make your appointment but for the least inconvenience please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
